I can't add certain files to movie studio because it needs to activate from online (codec update?) but it says my email is laready used? And it won't allow me to update. I just paid for this program and now I can't use it. I would like a refund or help to solve the problem. Please call me at Removed by Moderator. Thank you.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff. Also, since this is a public forum, personal data like your phone number should never be posted here; no-one who might be able to help is going to phone you anyway, sorry! Hence, I have edited your post.
I'm unclear what the problem is with regard to your email address, other than you must ensure that the address you used when you bought the program, which then becomes your registered address for all Magix products, is the same as the one you are using when trying to purchase or install a needed codec or activate the program.
So, without publishing any details of your email address please, can you confirm that you are using the same one to purchase and activate/register MMS 2023 as you used when you bought the software?

Thank you Jeff for the help. I have two emails -and I might have used both by accident. How can I fix the email issue so I can download what I need to add files to my project?
Thanks for the additional information.
First, you need to definitely establish which of your email addresses is the one registered to your Magix account. So, go to this page and try to log in! Only one of your addresses should be recognised but do try them both.
If only one is accepted that then is the one you should enter to any page in MMS 2023 requiring your email address.
However, if you find that both addresses have accounts associated with them you will need to email infoservice@magix.net, explaining what has happened and asking that they merge the two accounts and your registered product(s) into one, under whichever of the addresses you prefer.
