If the video is in iTunes then you need to get the video out of iTunes into the Video Easy folder in your Documents folder.
Depending on which version of iTunes you have you can drag the files across from iTunes to the Video Easy folder or in iTunes select File > Show in Finder and then copy them across to the Video Easy folder.
NOTE:
If the iPhone video format is a MOV file, then you would also need to have Quicktime installed - however this is not recommended as QT has a serious security bug.
The other option is to convert the video to another format supported by Video Easy, eg mp4, using a converter which does not rely on Quicktime being installed eg MovAvi Video Converter.
