Which version did you purchase? (Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page).
Was SF purchased from Magix or a third-party seller? .. either way, there are a few different ways to download. Firstly, try downloading with your anti-virus software disabled as @SP. stated.
