Thank you! When I try to log into the Store it takes me to a window to enter my serial number - which I have tried a number of times without success. That seems to be the problem The latest serial number I have is for Music Magix 2020 any ideas Thanks again!

@Bradford-Armstrong

When you entered the serial number the first time, did it activate? You should not have to put it in again. The box is there in case you have others codes from previous versions or a new version; it is not asking you to put in the code.

The important thing is that you have to be logged in to the Store. This shows at the upper right of the splash screen and once in the program at the upper right. If you don't see your email address, you are not logged in.

Are you logged in?

Ok Thanks again - Yes I am logged in and can see the store inventory and deals. If I find one I want to purchase i would just push the purchase button and it would let me pay then download. Now when I push the purchase button nothing appears to happen. I found just now if I go to producereplanet on the web I can buy it there but then have to figure out how to enter it into the right folder system to show up. Interesting.

Strange. Maybe there is a problem with the Store database.

Note that purchases through the Store show up in Producer Planet and can be downloaded. They are zipped files that you have to install manually. As far as I know, purchases directly through PP are not managed by the Store in MMM.

Unzip to a folder under:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools

or wherever else you have Soundpools installed.

Then in MM, under Loops, parameter gear, Add Soundpools and navigate to the folder.

Ok great. Looks like I can go through the Producer Planet website then to get new loops etc. I'll have to do that. Thanks for your help!
