@Kevin-watson You need to buy a commercial licence for each used Soundpool on Producerplanet.com. Depending on how much pools you want to use this can add up quickly to multiple hundreds of dollars or even more.

Be aware that using premade audio loops can cause problems for game streamers. If you want people to stream your game without problems it is recommended to make original music for your game.

i actually paid for the loops that were in the app store. i bought 11 of them and to my understanding if i bought that means i can use it commercially. But if i would choice the free demo loops then i would use it for non-commercial use. but if a license is needed then they have put in the music maker jam app in the Microsoft store. Sorry not trying to be a pain but this is how im understanding it.

@Kevin-watson

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

My suspicion is that MM Jam was never envisaged as being used in an environment where the output was intended to be used for commercial purposes, as you are wanting to do.

Paying for the loops that were in the app store does NOT grant you commercial usage of them, under any circumstances. Magix, via producerplanet, offers three levels of licence, personal use (defined as non-commercial) - this is what you have bought - commercial (standard) and commercial (royalty-free). (You can see the differences in use of each of these at this page.)

Hi

. . . .  the games are gonna be commercial cause i do plan on making money from my games that i release. . . . .

As @SP. has commented 'using premade audio loops can cause problems ' - if you are selling through an agent, on your own web site or through the various games portals.

The main issue you will get is claims of copyright infringement - which are invalid as Copyright of the loops remains Magix property - you only have a licence to use them, or claims of Plagiarism.

Both of these are unavoidable when use premade loops.

To avoid these issues as SP. commented -' If you want people to stream your game without problems it is recommended to make original music for your game'. ie: your sound track needs to be your of your own composition and played/entered by you into a program such as Music Maker which has VST Instruments available.
