Hi

Yes - providing your second display is setup correctly to display Windows desktop through display settings or your graphics card control panel - just left click at the grey area at the top of the MEP 2013 preview window and drag it across to the second monitor. Click the maximise button of the window and it will fill your monitor.

Setting for multiple monitors used to be under 'System' settings ([Y] key shortcut) but has been moved to the top menu 'Window' >> 'Window arrangement' >> 'Multiple monitor...'. in MEP 2013. Mine is grayed out as I've only got one monitor attached.
