No, you do not require special permission by MAGIX. As long as the song consists of a reasonable arrangement that you made on your own, you are allowed to sell it as you like.

The crucial thing about it is that you add some artistic value to it.

BabaSikander is absolutely correct. I will note that if you do not have a "deluxe" or "pro" edition then they ask that your credit them by putting the Magix logo (available on their site) on the products you sell.

May I suggest that you include this logo regardless... I feel that with the great software they write at such an affordable price; the least we can do is help promote!

Thanks,

Magix Music Maker Loops are Entirely Royalty Free.You can use them to create song for any purpose and you can also sell them.Restriction is on selling them as they are originally.

DETAILS:

There are many musical patterns (the style to play any instruments) .Sometime you listen two different songs from different Musician but some loops sounds same.The objection depends upon how you are mixing them.You can use magix music makers loops or any loops to make your own song.But when you come to add some special loops like Guitar Solo which is not always same everytime.Guitar solo loops may have copyrights protection.Using them in our song can create problem.You can use virtual instruments to play your own musical solo.

Remember One Thing:

If you create music with any methods using the mind technique.No one can say that its copyrighted.And you're then able to sell them Cuz they are 100% yours.

Can I sell the songs that I make with Magix Song Maker?

@RedRover

This has been covered hundreds of times and there is an article about it in the Magix Magazine.

See this tutorial:

The old Soundpools that you may have with MM 12 were probably completely royalty free. More recent ones are not. You need to have the Pro Soundpool license to use them commercially.

@ronaldf-stanley

"Can I sell the songs that I make with Magix Song Maker?"

Reread your question and correct it to be "...that MusicMaker makes with …" You are not making anything. You didn't compose the music or play the instruments. Do you have a Pro License for the Soundpool that is used to make the song? If not, you can't sell it. Non-commercial use only.

@musicinmyblood

MusicMaker Soundpool loops are Royalty Free for non-commercial use, not commercial use. See the tutorial, the references, and what is written near the bottom of the Soundpools that are available for sale in the in-app Store.
