Hi, I'd say just do it. Its not a commercial entity as a demo, and all rights issues can be redressed before any publication

This is a very grey area - I would suggest you contact Magix support and ask the question.

However there may be another bigger issue.

To quote a record producer friend - taking the works of others and 'making them sound original', then passing them off as your own creation is unlikely to get the outcome you would be looking for. Record companies usually require originality and creativity.
