Can I make music video based on the packs and uphold them on YouTube?

Hi

I looked at all sources but couldn't find my answer...

I used the pack, movie score vol. 1 and 4, Metal vol.2 and 1(Music Maker Jam).

I arrange those packs together and make a track, after that I made an animated music video based on the track.

Now, I have a plan to uphold the music on youtube and SoundCloud(it's not for commercial use), also I will give the credit at the end of the video and in the description, but I found for uploading tracks that made by music maker jam needs license and I can't understand because I want to give credit and my video is not for commercial use( I see a lot of people used those beats and didn't face by copyrights)

Please answer my question, I did a really hard work for my music video and right now I'm really disappointed.

Can I make a music video based on the packs in music maker jam and uphold them on YouTube, SoundCloud, and Vimeo and not for commercial use?

Since it's non-commercial I don't see why you couldn't do that, but I'm just a random user here.

BTW, your issue makes me think that Magix should consider instance licensing for commercial use. If you make a track and want to use it commercially, you just pay, I don't know, a twenty-five cents for each sample that you use, and you don't have to pay the entire amount for a Soundpool license. I think that's something worth considering anyway.

Hi,

You can upload your songs to YouTube and share them online, both commercially and non-commercially. For commercial use (and if you make more than $5000), you would need to purchase a commercial add-on license for the MMJ styles you have used in your song. Please also see the following link for more details:

Please keep in mind that, in the context of YouTube, it would also be considered commercial use if you monetize your channel/videos.

I hope this info helps!
