For example, if I have a month old, a small piece of music (mmm file) and I would like to bring back a piano-object, the melody of one, that new what exactly I do.
Is it possible to import from another file, mmm, music another job ?

Yes ... there are several ways!
One is that you can export the individual object as a WAV, or save it as a TAK (if you wanna use MIDI).
There is also the possibility to insert a certain part of an arrangement in another by copy and paste.
