Can I change text to voice my voce or other people voice

Depending on which version of MMM you have this may be possible - look up Text to Speech in the installed PDF manual available under Help

Thanks John. Do you know where i can purchase TTS engine package. Somthing with caribbean speech or can i change the two voice that microsoft offer in the program.

There are several TTS engines available on the Internet - the problem is will MMM work with them, and can you find the language / accents you require?

AFAIK there are a limited number of different languages for the text to speech engine and they tend to be the more common languages.
