Buying Catooh in the USA

Hi I have had Magix Music Make, ,for a couple years. the program cames as a package deal with my computer,

.thus I have several creations. I wanted to know !. must I upgrade to use commercially ? 2. if I buy Catooh in the

USA does the sound pools license agreements apply here or only in the UK! ?

Commercial use licensing is here - section 6, in particular note the wording

. . . within the scope of producing personally created works to be used for commercial purposes . . .

Thanks I am glad you highlighted that I read it, but today i get a clearer picture .

My second questions concerns Catooh, and buying from that line of sound pools., will that licensing agreement be covered in America?

For Catooh ensure that you are on the USA version of the Catooh website - if not you can change location at the bottom of the homepage - for the soundpools you require click in the licence links available when you select soundpool you require.

Not all soundpools have all licence types available and are governed by the laws of Nevada State, USA, The court of Reno having the exclusive jurisdiction.
