is this on the new laptop mentioned in your previous comment here? If so then I will close that topic as you have given more information here.

If the you do mean Movie Edit Pro 15 released in 2009, it may not work with Windows 10 burn routines, which are available here, or recognise the DVD burner due 'conflicts' between the program and Windows 10 which is significantly different from the version of Windows back in 2009.
