bundled software doesn't work in recent upgrade

I recently bought the samplitude music studio 2021 - the new free "full" version of vandal (included as part of the upgrade) cant be installed as the install prog displays a message telling me that there is a more recent version of the software which has already been installed. As a separate issue the free bundled Convology software installs but can't be found anywhere in the VST plugins or anywhere else on my PC - anyone know whats happening with this stuff ?

I didn't find the convology stuff, too, but I recognized how to activate the vandal full version:

Within any project, select a track, enter "FX", select "+" and within the Plugin-Browser look for "VANDAL-DEMO". Double-Click this and now it asks you for the serial number. Enter your serial number of the full version of vandal and it will accept this number. Restart Samplitude and, after that, within the plugin browser in the "VST"-Section it will show "VANDAL" - "VANDAL_VST" to you and now you get access to the full version.

Meanwhile I found out how to manage the convology stuff, too!

You must acquire the Convology XT VST from Impulse Record! Don't worry, it's for free.

Select https://impulserecord.com/project/convology-xt-plugin/ and order it for free, then install it. After registration you will get two emails, the first from Impulse Record and the second one from 'FastSpring Checkout'. This second email will contain a license key. Start Samplitude, enter a track in your project, enter 'FX - + - Effects - VST-Others' and (TATA!!!) you will see Convology XT! Double-Click on it and, for the very first time, you have to enter the license key out of the second email. I had to to this three times, one after another. If you're successfull, the Convology XT GUI arises and now you will be able to use it.

With the MAGIX Samplitude 2021 packet only the libraries are delivered, not the tool itself. It's a shame that MAGIX doesn't give you any information about that.

Sorry, one mistake in my comment above:

If it asks you for the serial numbers of 'Vintage German DSP' and 'Plates', do not enter the serial number of FastSpring's email, but enter the serial numbers you got in separate web pages when you followed the links for 'Vintage German DSP' and 'Plates' out of the MAGIX email they sent to you after you bought Samplitude Music Studio 2021!!!

Thanks a million for your help - I had given up. I wish Magix had included this in their promo information. Your reply has been very helpful.
