These are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support.
If you wish to report to a problem as a bug you need to use the Support button in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Support.
Also, are you aware there is a dedicated Samplitude forum here? Perhaps you would be best advised to register at and repost there to see if any other user has encountered this problem.
