Is there exist some reason or somekinda bug in midi editor that prevents me to pull those soundstrings in specific place on "soundmap" ?

Sometimes i can pull or push those strings in half of tune-square but sometimes its reject stringline like positive-positive magnets? Any idea whats going on?

Forexample if i want a new sound starting equally 00.00.50 and not 00.00.60.

At this moment i have that kinda problem and no idea how to avoid that.

For me before some solution been know,  program is waste of money....
