I switched my version from Acid Pro 10 to Acid Pro Suite 10 just because of the Brainworx plugins, but I'm not getting it. I entered this address "https://brainworx.audio/" but I need a voucher to be able to purchase the product in the full version. Where do I find this and how should I proceed? Thanking you in advance.

I'm having trouble, too. I got the Acid Pro 11 upgrade, got sent an email with the address of Brainworx and the numbers and the Brainworx Plug-In address --- but when I try, my cart keeps automatically filling with a Soundwide Welcome bundle and an Acid Pro bundle for 1200.00 and an error message that they can't be discounted further.
Cry. What am I messing up?

@blunt-rapture Are you on the BrainWorx website? Maybe you need to create a user account on their website and then register your serial number in your account. Contact their customer support.

Thanks, SP. Good suggestion. But I already did that. I've got highly important support tickets at both sites, and I even asked my mom. (She didn't know.) I've been over it several times with a fine-tooth comb and I can't see the problem. I often have the one that's got a weird glitch --- it's like at the store: I'm skilled at selecting things that the scanner can't read. But I'll know soon. Thanks for being there.

@blunt-rapture Maybe you need to download the demo plugins from Plugin Alliance and install them and just enter the serial numbers?
