Boris FX and New Blue, How to active them?

Your order number is: Removed by moderator. I purchased the Boris FX Continuum Lights Unit, NewBlue Elements 3 Ultimate, and proDAD Vitascene 3 LE products along with the purchase of vegas PRO 16. I never i've used them. Now I want to activate them. How should I proceed?
