Bluray recording copy.

I have burnt a few various home made recordings to bluray via MEP 13, most of which take 2.5 hours to perform. As I wish to make copies of the blurays for family members am I able to copy these via MEP 13 or do I have to look for some other software.

Thanks

Hi

. . . via MEP 13 . . .

I assume you mean MEP 2013 - MEP 13 cannot handle BluRay - if so please use the full version number, 2013, to avoid confusion with the older version of this software.

It is quicker and easier to use a program such as Nero Burning ROM or ImgBurn ( freeware) to copy a disc direct, especially if you want multiple copies.

If the project and associated files are still on your computer then either or you do not have any other burning software, then:

  1. See the section File menu, Burn CD/DVD in the installed PDF manual (page 246 if you have the plus or premium version) for more details and select the most appropriate action.

    OR

  2. Reburn the project to disc and copy this as many times as required

Hello John. Yes indeed MEP 2013, After making the first addition of my bluray i wanted to copy it, feeling this will be much quicker, tried to use my Nero 11, but that will not reckonise the Bluray disc even though it is compatible.

I will have to check more.

EDIT; All working fine now using Nero 11 to copy bluray recording.

regards..
