Billing issues

I am having a billing issue. Your company has made a mistake and there are now 2 license numbers instead of just one. I need a way to contact someone about billing and there does not seem to be any support phone numbers available on your website. Please contact me right away so that I can get this billing issue resolved. You can contact me by email, or at Phone number removed by moderator. I do not want to have to take this to the attorney general but I have already alerted my card company to the 2nd charge being fraud. I appreciate you getting back to me immediately.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff.

I have removed your telephone number, personal data which should never be posted to a public forum like this one.

I am unclear about exactly how you think the mistake of 2 licence numbers was made; Magix purchase and licensing procedure is pretty rigorous.

However, the bottom line is this: no-one here can help you; telephone support is not available; no-one is perpetrating a fraud.

Assuming you have an email received at the time you purchased whichever Magix software this question relates to (which is it, by the way) have you tried replying to the sending email address, detailing the problem and asking for the matter to be sorted?
