Actually, any keyboard that has a midi out to USB and audio out should work fine with MMM. You may need an ASIO driver like ASIO4All.

The keyboard that you choose should be one that has all of the features that you want. I prefer one with at least 76 keys, you may prefer more or less, it's up to you.

Take a look through the Q&A part, filtering for Music and maybe Equipment categories and you will see that people have been connecting keyboards from many manufacturers, such as Casio, Akai, Rolland, etc.
