Beats and licenses

Ok so I used royalty free songs from music maker jam on my iPad and I put a few of my own tweaks to it. They say that you’re suppose to buy a license in order to sell the music you made for commercial uses, in which I want to, I don’t want it just for my ears, I want the world to hear it. But then they said we can upload it to SoundCloud, YouTube etc but if it start selling over $5k, then we need a license. Do I need a license for the loops and beats and if so, where do I purchase them from(I know it’s at catooh.com🙄) but they only show the prices in pdf form and I don’t know what to do honestly. Can someone answer that for me please?
