I'm using Sound Forge Pro 15 on a 9th-gen i7 MSI PC with 64GB RAM. I've been using Sound Forge since version 4 or 5.
Now that the Batch Converter interface has changed, it no longer wants to follow my instructions for destination file paths. For instance, if I want to put MP3's on a flash drive (H:)without the original nested folder structure, I might queue them up from c:\mixes\august2021\newplugins, and want them all on the root of H:.
No matter what options I choose, I end up with H:\mixes\august2021\newplugins\[song file name].mp3. To get correct results, I just went back to using Sound Forge 14's Batch Converter, but that's a pain. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips? Thanks in advance.
