Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and no-one here can either send you the disc or refund you, sorry!
Does your confirmation email, received when you placed your order, confirm that you ordered the disc? If so, and you have waited a reasonable length of time, say at least two weeks, and have received nothing you need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask about the disc or a refund.
BTW, please don't post all in CAPITALS! In forum etiquette it is the equivalent of shouting!
