Hi there,

I hope you already managed to overcome this issue by now, but just for the record, and in case anyone else is having this problem: Error code -14, during a MAGIX product activation, generally means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition, or that this serial number has been blocked. From my experience, the former situation usually applies. (It could be something as trivial as putting a serial number for Movie Edit Pro classic into the "Plus" edition of the same program, or vice versa.) So, make sure to match up your serial number with the correct MAGIX product/version that you actually have a license for. The easiest way to do this would be by logging into your account on the MAGIX website:

https://www.magix.com/gb/support/my-service-center/

If your serial number hasn't been registered there before, you'd be able to do it now. Any serial number that appears in your account would automatically be paired up with the correct download link for that particular license. So, you can't really go wrong. For any problems beyond that, please contact MAGIX sales/support:

http://support.magix.net

I hope this helps!
