I have music maker 12 deluxe, how can I have automation on the tracks, so say when I'm making a techno tracks parts are not repeated ...

I don't think that is possible, then again I might not understand completely...

You have a track that you do not want to continue to play... I would think you have to cut that part then re-introduce it later.
