Audio studio does not recognize the audio interface in the settings,

Hello guys, Could you help me on how to make sound forge audio studio recognize my audio interface?. The interface is a small Arcano MINI-M mixer that

features on win10 as Jieli BR 17.

Ideas:

1) Try a different USB input on your computer.

2) Install ASIO4All.

Have you tried the Jieli BR 17 device, or is that something different. I am not familiar with Arcano MINI-M mixer, nor can I understand Portuguese to peruse the manual
