I recorded the game using standard windows 10 game capture option. The recording was saved as mp4 format with audio part of the file with the following:
Video Details
1920 X 1080
Data rate 9457 kbps
Total Bitrate 9589 kbps
Frame rate 30 frames/second
Audio Details:
Bit rate 131kbps
Channels: 2(Stereo)
Audio Sample Rate: 48 kHz
and with this file, I wanted to import to Magix Movie Edit Pro 2016 Plus to add watermark and also add intro video etc.,
Problem:
However, when I imported the file to new project (I made sure I match the audio sample rate and video fps when I started the new project) the audio is garbled. I couldn't hear a thing and added a lot of noise. I tried different methods and still the same. I searched internet for solution but no luck. I checked with support and no answer yet. I would like to get your expert advise to sort this out. I have a feeling that I have some wrong settings causing this issue or I need to decode the video etc., which I am not sure. Please help me.
My PC details:
OS: Windows 10 Home (x64)
Processor: Intel i5-6500 3.20GHz -
Mother Board: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING
RAM: 8GB
Audio: RealTek High Definition Audio and (NVIDIA)
Appreciate if you could please help.
Thanks for your time.
Regards,
Sravana
P.S I wish I could upload the game video, but it is
