audio cleaning lab says update is corrupt, won't complete download

Audio cleaning lab 2016 (v.21.0.1.28 (DPP3) says update is available. Stops partway through download, with error message ...update has been checked and is corrupt... Tried multiple times, same results, although stopped at different stages of download.

when I open the program, I get a popup letting me know there is an update available. I click on that link to start the download.

After thinking about your question, I selected "update online" from the Help menu. What appeared to be the same dialogue box opened, I proceeded, and this time the download went through, and the update was successfully installed. I can't imagine that this made a difference, but apparently it did (??) . Thanks for you help.
