Audio Cleaning Lab 2014

I've had Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 2017 for a couple of years and it suddenly stopped working. I have Windows 7. I had received an error: No CDR drive found. I've decided to use the older version of Audio Cleaning Lab 2014, it burns a cd etc., however, I cannot figure out how to split my music like the 2017 software. With the 2017, I clicked on the scissors and use it to split my tracks. With the 2014, I clicked on the scissors and nothing happens. I read the manual and to no avail couldn't figure out how to use the scissors.

I would appreciate some instructions. Thanks.

Hi,

I don't have it installed anymore. Did you try pressing on the letter (shortcut) T?

Thanks. I tried that and it didn't work. I'll uninstall the software. I have the the original in the box.

I uninstalled the software and installed it again, everything works , except the scissors for splitting objects.

I would like to signed up for technical support. The information stated it started at 12:00 p.m., is that Pacific or Eastern time?
