Having tried to register my product audio cleaning lab 11 deluxe several times and the magix website saying I havent registered anything and therefore can't contact support ,I wondered if anybody out there could help.

I use Windows Vista and the programme has worked fine for 3 years. But in the last month and even after re-installing the operating system for my pc, every time I use cleaning lab it records the item but when I send it to the desktop as a wav or an MP3 i get this message.

"cleaninglab exe" at adress 0x00854715 exception 0xc 0000005 "acess_violation"

warning internal data structure may have been destroyed and the saved project may be damaged.
It is reccomended to save the project under a new name and verify it later after restaring the programme.

Has anyone any idea why this is happening.I have tried several re installs but no success!!
