I have Audio cleaning Lab 10 Deluxe which I bought some years ago but have just registerd now. My query is this. I have recorded a voice of a friend using ACL10 and want to use this recording in an AudioVisual production. I want to distribute the av production and a friend of mine wants to show this in an educational institution. Is this allowed within the licence terms.

Just so you know none of us here work for Magix, nor are we lawyers, so nothing we tell you is anything more than a personal opinion.
In my opinion, if you created a original recording of someone's voice and that person has authorized you to use their voice, all you used the Audio Cleaning Lab application for was to make some edits or changes to your recording, so why would you worry about the license terms? If you are really concerned, read the terms or take the to a lawyer and use that as your deciding factor.
If it were me and all of the above were true, I would just use it and think nothing of it. I edit video for a living and as such am very careful about copyright, but this does not sound even remotely like a copyright concern unless you are using the voice or some material that you are not licensed to use.
