audio and visuaout of sync

As well as the problems i am having with encoding. The audio is faster than the visual. Is there an easy solution? is this linked to the error encoding issue? Please help, thanks

We'd really need much more information - what are the stats on your system? What is your source material? What file type are you exporting as? You could contact official support regarding this, maybe sending them a sample file of your source material:

I,m no expert but I had on MEP15 an audio offset that gets worse as recording goes on. I found in program settings you will see the audio buffers 2 through 9 are set about 4096. I increased them to 65536 and have no more offset problems. I do have 4 GB of memory and 3 GB processor, give it a try it may work for you. Allen
