Audio and Video Syncing-How to

Hello,
 

If I record my audio on a seperate source to the video, does MEP have a way to sync the audio other than me moving the audio file until it looks and sounds correct?

Hi G

If you have some sound recorded with the camcorder video file (even if you do not want to use it) you can right click that audio track and use "Align other audio objects with this track". After the alignment just Mute or ungroup and delete the camcorder sound in track2. This works very well.

I imagine you are aware of the audio scrubbing tools available by clicking on the Speaker icon above the right timeline when doing a manual sync up?
