I just downloaded Movie Edit Pro 2013 today and have been toying around with the trial to see if it is worth purchasing.
So far I really like what I see, however, one thing concerns me. Certain video clips are out of sync with their audio. The audio is like 1-2 seconds behind where the video is in more extreme cases
This has only happened with some .mp4 videos once the video is trimmed down from its original size. Some mp4 videos are fine while others are out of sync (even though they all came off of the same camera).
Previewing the problem mp4 in another software proves the audio and video are in fact in sync, just not in Movie Edit Pro. I haven't had any issues with .mov videos being out of sync.
To see if rendering would solve it, I exported the mp4 clips together.
Some clips 'lagged' and skipped, some played back fine, and the unsynced clip was still out of sync.
I tried playing back the exported video in Windows Media Player and VLC, both showed the same problems in the same places.
Is there any way to fix this or is this just how the program behaves on my machine?
