Assign sounds to midi keyboard

I am using windows 7 and MMM 2014
I am trying to assign a musical note to my KORG NANOKEY2 Midi keyboard when I use Drum Engine.  Only one midi keypad has sound when I use my KORG NANOKEY2, the other keys do not have sound.  On the virtual keyboard the keys that do have sound are in white while the keys that do not have sound are in grey.  All of the keys except one on my KORG NANOKEY2 are assigned to a key that is grey.  How can I assign a sound to a specific key on my Keyboard using MMM 2014?

Hi,

I think that you have to drop by one octave on the Korg in order to get into the correct range. Look at the on screen keyboard, and the one in the Drum Engine instrument. Depending on which drum program you are using, the drums are or are almost 2 octaves down. Did you try pressing on the -Oct button twice on your Korg?
