Expired Annual Subscription - Updated Credit Card - Still doesn't work. I have VEGAS Edit 365 (annual subscription). It worked great for a year. I was linked to my PayPal. Renewal time came and I missed the emails that it was failing / final notice. App doesn't work. I log into Magix and can see the status is LOCKED. There's an option for Show Further Information. From there I can Change Payment Details. I updated this to a credit card a couple of days ago. App still doesn't work. Today tried updating payment details again with a different credit card. App still doesn't work. How do I get the app status to not be LOCKED? Thank you in advance.
