Application error every time I run Sound Forge 11

Every time I start Sound Forge 11 (or 10) I see an error alert with the following details

Failed to Bind to MS Common Language Runtime
Scripting Host failed to start up

The application still seems to run without any issues but there is clearly something not right.

This has occurred ever since I've owned Magix's version of Sound Forge but never occurred with Sony's.

I do not think there was a 'Magix' version of Sound Forge Pro 11. SF-12 was the first 64 bit Magix version. I have the installer for an earlier build (272) of SFP-11 that will run on PCs prior to Win 7 if you need it.

Seasons greetings and welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @Richard-Bultitude.
