I'm seriously thinking of purchasing Antarestech autotune software.
Before I do, I would like to know if you guys use it and if its compatible with Music Maker?
Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, is it easy to integrate with Music Maker or not compatible at all?

Do you need it for vocal correction or for the "wobbly, robotic" Autotune effect? Melodyne creates much better, more natural sounding vocals. For the Autotune effect, there are free plugins that can do this like Melda MAutoPitch, or much cheaper plugins like Waves Tune. I mean, Music Maker has a Vocal Tune included. It should work fine for slight edits. I personally think that Autotune is way overpriced with the alternatives you can get today.

Does melda Mautopitch integrate easily enough into music maker? Could you provide a link for melda mauto pitch and waves tune please?

@David-Pook Make a right click on your audio object, select Pitch & Tempo > Vocal Tune.
Other plugins can just be integrated as VST effects into your project.
