Hi

Not @browj2, however do you mean this tutorial? If so then Vasco de Gama is no longer the Travel Route animation software supplied with Magix products.

If you mean this example then it was created with Magix Travel Maps which you may already have on your PC.

AFAIK there is not an English tutorial on how to use this software, there are several on Youtube, however they are all in German.

Hi,

Sorry for taking so long. I noticed that you watched my video that John EB referenced about Travel Maps.

Assuming that you have installed all of the additional content, you will have travel maps.

In VPX, go to Edit in the top menu, Wizards, and select Travel Route Animation. The interface will open. At the bottom, click on Help. If nothing happens, like in mine, click on About the program and then Watch intro video online to see how it works.

After that, it's a matter of learning and practicing.

I can't get the line to follow the route. Just a straight line between the points. Dumb ship captain I am sure. How do I get it to make curves, etc, to follow the actual route? I have clicked every button on the screen. Please stay safe...captjack...
