Working in ACID 10

I am getting an error each time I try to record audio. Error message is "An error occurred while recording. The file could not be opened. Make sure the file exists and that you have access t the file/folder."

Sometimes with restarting program am able to record a line of audio/singing of audio then the program crashes....sometimes ends up with this error message as well.

Don't see a way around it- have tried several. Tried changing savings in different folder etc...loads of memory here on hardrive....unsure what problem is? Please help.

Windows computer with:
- Windows 10 Home, 64-Bit
- AMD A6-9220 RADEON R4, 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G
- RAM 8gig

Looked through forum on this but didn't see anything that helped.
