Good day. There is a problem with product activation. Sound Froge 12 is activated on my work machine and the data in my personal account confirms this, but when I try to save the project, I get the error "An error occurred while creating the media file. There is no license to use the software." How do I fix the activation failed issue and is there some way to save my work in the current situation?

Sound forge 12.1 (build 170) 64-bit

Is this happening on the work PC or on a secondary home machine?
If the occurrence is happening on a second home PC, SF needs to be activated on the second machine as well and you can use your existing serial number.
SF Pro can be activated and used on a maximum of two PCs simultaneously.
