An error occurred starting Vegas pro (ver.19)

the version Vegas 18 on the same system works fine

my system is Lenovo T540 windows 10 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.49 GHz 16GB Ram , GPU Nvidia Corporation GeForce GT 730M.

I have modified (same on version 18) the parm Dynamic RAM preview max to 0 . After the activities to editing video the option to save the project fails with the same error msg . I close Vegas without save the project and the application hasn't started anymore.

Unistalled Vegas 19, reinstalled , same error on startup
