This problem has come up before and I'm not sure if it has every been resolved. If you obtained the free version, that may be the problem, but you will have to search.

How did you get Independence in the first place? I have the 12Gb version but it came with Samplitude Music Studio 2013, I believe. It does not show up in MMM2014 Premium. I'm copying the files over now to see if I can get something to work.

Let us know how you made out. I don't think anyone ever came back with the solution and it would help others.
