I am a little unclear about what you used.  You said you used "auto sound tracts"  did you mean that you used Sound Track Maker?

Did the screen you used to create the sound track look like this:

If this is what you used you may be able to get back to what you had before you created the sound track by finding a back up version of your project.  If not, your original video will still be intact but your editing will likely be losts.  I am just guessing at what you might have done.  You need to realize that without more detail about how, and what and when, we can only guesse what you might have done to create the split in your video.
