After upgrading to 16 I noticed that the cursor is a little bit off

If I zoom into a beat and set a marker and then zoom out the spot I just marked is off by a little bit and no longer at the beginning of the beat which make my edits slightly off. Anyone else notice this?

The 'Snap-to' settings could be different from what you had. Disable the 'Zero crossing', 'Grid', other or snap-to items in general in the 'Options> Snapping' menu.
