Serial number already used. yeah it was me that used it. I'm the original owner. Why can't I use it again

Doesn't the message you received really answer your question? "Registering again is not necessary". Or have you had to reinstall following a computer crash, or is this a new computer? If so, you will need to contact MAGIX Support and ask for your registration to be re-set, I think.
