Activation on New Email

I have recently decided to start using Magix Music Maker Live 2016 again after years of not using it. Last time I used the software was on Windows 7. Anyway, I have downloaded the program on a new device and tried to register the software with my current email. I received the error -24. I had previously registered the product on an email I do not remember and likely has been deactivated. If I cannot register the product on my current email, can I receive a new activation code?

@SKittlez2836 You can change the e-mail address in your user account at Magix.com. Because you can't remember your e-mail address you need to contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for help.
