I purchased the program MAGIX Website Maker MX 2013 (Win/Mac) on 07th-Mar-2013 and downloaded the program, now I wanted to run the program and have been asked for activation. I entered the activation code which I received from you via email - G2-XOHXU-L3MY4-DCCFS-xxxxx - but this does NOT work. I receive the message this is a used coupon!

Codes are linked to your e-mail address; did you perhaps purchase your product using a different mail account?
