Activation Code Incorrect

I purchased Movie Edit Pro 2013 many years ago and the registration code has always worked okay, now I have reinstalled it there is a message stating that the Activation Code is Incorrect. Does anyone have any ideas please

@Mark-Offer Try to copy and paste it to prevent typing errors. Are you getting a specific error message?

Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
